Depression

Anxiety can show up as constant worry, overthinking, physical tension, or feeling stuck in a cycle of fear and stress. Therapy for anxiety focuses on understanding patterns that keep anxiety going and building practical skills to help you feel more calm, confident, and in control in everyday life.

Depression

Life Transitions

Depression

Depression can impact mood, motivation, energy, and how you see yourself and the world around you. Therapy provides a supportive space to explore these experiences, strengthen coping skills, and work toward reconnecting with yourself, others, and the parts of life that matter to you.

Life Transitions

Life Transitions

Life transitions such as relationship changes, career shifts, becoming a parent, or other major adjustments can feel overwhelming and destabilizing. Therapy during times of transition helps you process change, gain clarity, and build tools to navigate uncertainty with greater resilience and self-understanding.

About Therapy with Caitlin

Experienced Professional

Hi everyone!  My name is Caitlin, and I’m a therapist who supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions, including relationship changes, career stress, and other periods of uncertainty. I also work closely with postpartum mothers and fathers as they adjust to the emotional and practical changes that come with parenthood.

My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, focusing on exploring how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, and building practical skills to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I also emphasize self-compassion as an important part of understanding yourself and responding to challenges with greater kindness and flexibility.

I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I know reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I prioritize creating a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and respected as we work toward meaningful change.

I am a clinical social worker and earned a Master's Degree in social work.
